How we work
From first conversation to camera-ready home.
Staging works best when the plan starts with the buyer. Here's what working with us looks like, from first call to final pickup.
01
Reach out
Tell us about the property. An address, a listing date and a few photos help, but they aren't required to start. We respond to every inquiry within one business day.
02
Walkthrough
We visit the property, or review video and photos if a visit isn't possible. We learn your timeline, your price point and who your buyer is likely to be. Then we send a detailed quote. No surprises.
03
Design
Every home gets its own plan, built around the buyer who will walk through it. We don't stage from a template. Each room is fully designed before install day. We plan for possible adjustments beforehand, so we're never left without options once we're on site.
04
Install
We handle delivery, setup and styling, including certificates of insurance and moving permits where needed. Most homes are installed within a week of booking, and in many cases they're ready for photos the same day.
05
While it’s listed
Our standard term is 60 days. If the home needs more time, we can extend by days or months. Selling more than one unit in the same building? We can move the staging from one to the next.
06
Pick up
When the home sells or the term ends, we remove everything and coordinate around your closing.
Vacant or occupied
The right service for the home.
Vacant staging
Furnishes an empty home from scratch.
Integrated staging
Works with the seller's existing furniture, editing and adding pieces to make the most of each room.
Staging consultation
Not sure which fits? A consultation gives you a room-by-room plan.
