We offer three ways to work together — Vacant Staging, Integrated Staging, and Staging Consultations. Each is tailored to the property, the price point, and the buyer profile.
-
Simply reach out through our contact form, send us an email, or call or text us directly. We get back to every inquiry right away. A few details about your property are helpful but not required to start the conversation.
-
We don't stage from a template. Every home we work on is thoughtfully considered and intentionally designed around the buyer — not a formula. We're also hyper-responsive and typically install within a week, so you're never left waiting.
-
Whatever works best for you works for us — contact form, email, phone, or text. We respond to every inquiry within one business day.
-
Pricing is based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation and a property walkthrough — or a video and photos if an in-person visit isn't possible and we'll provide a detailed quote. No surprises.

Staged homes spend less time on market and typically sell for more than comparable unstaged listings. But beyond the numbers, staging removes the biggest obstacle in any showing — buyers struggling to imagine themselves in the space. We remove that obstacle entirely.
-
We're responsive and move quickly — but our best work happens when we have time to be intentional. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a listing date in mind. That said, if you have an urgent timeline, reach out anyway. We'll do everything we can to make it work.

A staging consultation is a focused, in-person walkthrough of your property. We'll identify what's working, what needs to change, and give you a clear action plan — room by room — so you know exactly what to do before listing.

Staging removes the biggest obstacle in any showing — buyers struggling to imagine themselves in the space. It makes listings photograph better, show better, and sell faster. For vacant homes especially, staging is the difference between a home that sits and a home that moves.
